These general terms and conditions hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions” govern Artists And More Entertainment's sale of tickets to customers on behalf of an Organizer or Support Team, starting from May 1 2022.
The Organizer of the Event will be considered the seller:
All Tickets are for personal use only. The resale or use of Tickets for any form of business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited. Artists And More Entertainment reserves the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the Event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation: health and safety or licensing reasons, unethical behavior, use of threatening, abusive or insulting words, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age. No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behavior.
Attributes of the product and / or service offered:
Artists And More Entertainment's information published when offering its services is based on the information supplied to it by the Organizer or Support Team.
Despite the fact that Artists And More Entertainment takes reasonable precautions while providing its services, it cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, comprehensive, or correct.
As a result, Artists And More Entertainment cannot be held liable for any errors (including typographical errors), interruptions in service delivery, incorrect, misleading, or untrue information, or omission to provide information.
Each Organizer is solely responsible for the truth, completeness, and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including rates / surcharges / pricing, policy & conditions, and their availability) displayed on the Artists And More Entertainment Platform.

Definitions
Agreement
The agreement, comprising the Terms and Conditions and the conditions of the Organizer and the Location, or the conditions of the Support Team in effect between the Organizer and/or the Support Team and the Buyer, was concluded by placing an order on the Artists And More Entertainment Platform.
Buyer(s)
The purchaser of a Ticket via the Artists And More Entertainment Platform (ticketing.artistsandmore.com) and/ or from Points of sales allocated on the event page.
Event
Festivals, presentations, musicals, stage or music shows, concerts, (dinner) performances, trade fairs, athletic events, or theme parks are examples of public or private events.

Location:
The location of the Event or Exhibition.
Order
An order for one or more Ticket(s) using the Artists And More Entertainment Platform.
Organizer
The party selling Tickets via Artists And More Entertainment pledges to and is responsible for the Event's organization and the sale/offering of Products.
Sales channels
All websites making use of the services and/or software provided by Artists And More Entertainment to make the sale of Tickets and/or Other Products possible.
Support Team
Team ready to assist customers.
Ticket(s)
The right to access an Event or Exhibition recorded on a carrier.
You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: illegal substances, laser pens, animals, Your own food and drink, any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives). Artists And More Entertainment is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
You must comply with all instructions given to You by Artists And More Entertainment and/or all Venue stewards and staff. If before or during the Event You have a complaint in relation to the Event, please speak to Artists And More Entertainment Management or a steward promptly.
The use of equipment for recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the Venue is strictly forbidden. You shall not bring any such equipment to the Venue or to the Event. Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), and unauthorized recordings items may be confiscated.
You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime.
No re-entry Policy.
Terms and Conditions Applicability
The accompanying sale is governed only by the Terms and Conditions. By submitting the Order, the Buyer enters into an agreement with the Organizer and/or Support Team and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the Organizer and/or Support Team and/or Location. The general terms and conditions of the Organizer and/or Support Team will be supplied to the Buyer, whether or not through Artists And More Entertainment, may be accessed on their websites, and can always be requested from the Organizer and/or Support Team in question.
The Organizer reserves the right to post these extra entry criteria at the Place only if they are necessary for public order or the safety of visitors, artists, and/or personnel at the location.
Cancelation Policy:
Tickets & tables sales are non-refundable. All sales are final.
With the purchase of your admission, you agree that tickets & table sales for the event are non-refundable and that all sales are final.
By purchasing a ticket, you assume responsibility at your own risk that you have no rights to a refund.
If this event is canceled for any reason including divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention.
Sudden changes. Regardless of personal perspective and evaluation or new covid-19 restrictions.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER:
While attending the event, you may be exposed to the risk of contracting a communicable disease, including but not limited to COVID-19.
While we have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. By attending and/or participating in the event, you assume all such risks related to any illness (including COVID-19), injury or harm and are deemed to be given a full release of any liability to SET
ARTISTS AND MORE ENTERTAINMENT, and all associated producers, sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TICKET AT THE DOOR
Save your e-ticket on your phone (Apple Wallet applicable for IOS users!).
Our Ushers will scan each ticket barcode at the door.
We aim towards an environmentally friendly environment by eliminating unnecessary paper usage in our advanced technological world by opting to tech options instead.
It is strictly advised to have a digital copy of your ticket at the door alongside your original ID or passport. Scanned copies will not be accepted. Also, your name on the ticket should be identical to that of the Identification card. Any failure to do so will be considered as attempted fraud.
PURCHASE METHODS
After creating your Artists And More Entertainment account, visit the event page you are excited to attend, then choose your ticket(s) and fill the information required. Afterwards, proceed to check out.
Any ticket can be purchased from various Points of Sales across Lebanon. For listing availability visit the event page on our website to discover all locations.
Each ticket holder must present their own contact details while purchasing their tickets, as the given information will be directly linked to the ticket itself. Also, make sure the given email address is functional and accessible, as it is where you will receive your e-ticket.
PAYMENT METHODS
When purchasing a ticket online, directly from ticketing.artistsandmore.com; a Fresh USD International Card is required to make the transaction.
Otherwise, through Point Of Sales purchases, the value can be paid according to the market rate in LBP.
